Concrete Science was contracted through Crystal Clear Property Management to renovate the existing deck. The process involved removing all old layers to access the original, bare concrete. Significant time was then spent patching the surface along with ensuring any areas requiring height adjustments. From there, a commercial grade spray and knockdown texture system with a solvent based sealer was applied providing an extended life to the surface.
