Kenyon Green Apartments

Project Description

The Kenyon Green Apartment is a new apartment in Lakeville. We have been working with some familiar subcontractors on this project, and things have been going smoothly. We did run into some questionable weather days that did not allow us to work. We are very close to finishing phase one which is the cast in place footings/pads. We have now mobilized phase two which includes forming, pouring, and stripping the cast in place walls.

Project Highlights

Formed, poured, and stripped the Lineal footings/Pad Footings

Good storage area and site access

Due to the weather the project required blanketing the soil after the footings were dug.

We have started to set form for the poured wall.
